Medigap 2017 Open Enrollment: Helpful Information

Medicare allows those who are eligible to take part in open enrollment each year. Whether they qualify for part A or part B, they can qualify without the worry of health problems or pre-existing conditions.

The open enrollment period for 2017 takes place from the 15th of October until December 7th of this year. During this time, qualified participants can enroll in Medicare. They can also look into the Medicare Supplement plans, or Medigap plans as they are often called.

Medigap works together with Medicare. It picks up a lot of the co-pays and deductibles without being restrictive. Qualified individuals can choose from ten versions of this Medicare supplemental insurance.
